Transform Asia, human-led business development in Asia

For aerospace suppliers and MRO providers

We get you onto Asia'ssupplier lists.

Qualified for years and still not on the list. Asia flies and maintains more aircraft than anywhere else, but approved-supplier decisions move through relationships, and nobody adds a name they have not met.

The fleet is here. The supply chain is catching up.

Asia carries the world's largest commercial fleet and the maintenance base has followed it: engine shops, component overhaul and line stations across Singapore, Hong Kong and the region. That work needs parts, tooling and services that are still bought largely from Europe and North America.

Getting on the list is the whole problem. Airlines and MROs qualify suppliers slowly, and a qualification conversation starts with someone vouching for you rather than with a datasheet. Aerospace is a small industry that behaves like one: people move between operators and remember who showed up.

Who actually signs

The roles we target for aerospace suppliers, from our bases in Hong Kong and Singapore out across the region. Engineering approves you, procurement contracts you, and the two rarely move at the same speed.

  • VP Engineering / Head of Fleet Engineering
  • Head of Procurement, airline or MRO
  • MRO general manager
  • Supply chain director
  • Head of Continuing Airworthiness

What it actually takes

  • Qualification is a relationship, not a form

Getting onto an approved-supplier list takes months of the same people seeing you repeatedly. That is a presence problem, not a paperwork problem, and it is why suppliers who win here have someone in the region rather than a distributor and a trade-show budget.

  • The airshow is not a channel

Two days every other year gets you business cards, not qualification. What converts is the follow-up in the eleven months afterwards, in the same city, which is exactly the part most foreign suppliers cannot staff.

  • Aftermarket beats new-build for a first win

Programme wins are decided years out and usually already have an incumbent. MRO and aftermarket demand turns over constantly. If you have no reference in the region, start where the buying cycle is short enough to produce one.

Where these buyers gather. We work the ones that matter for your segment:

  • Drones & Uncrewed Asia · Singapore
  • FTE APEX Asia Expo · Singapore
  • INTER AIRPORT Southeast Asia · Singapore · biennial, odd years
  • Singapore Airshow · Singapore · biennial, even years

What this looks like as an engagement

Qualification runs on repeated contact, so the engagement is a named team that keeps showing up. Start with the Test on ten accounts you choose, then open the market properly over a quarter.

A named Senior and a named Junior on every account, introduced before you sign. The Market Opening is often grant-fundable through your home country's export scheme.

Ten airline engineering, MRO or procurement decision-makers you choose, approached by your Senior across Asia within 30 days. Then a straight go or no-go.
