How we handle your data

Last updated 25 July 2026. Transform Asia Limited, Hong Kong and Singapore.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site. The contact form takes your name, email, company, phone and what you are trying to achieve. The Mini-GTM Paper form additionally takes details about your company, your target markets, your sales cycle, your competitors, your capacity and your budget: the answers the paper is built from.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, to generate the document you asked for, and to follow up about working together. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone outside the processors listed below.

Who else sees it

Generating a Mini-GTM Paper involves two third parties, and it is worth being specific about what each receives:

  • DeepSeek receives your answers about your company, market and competitors so the commentary in the paper can be written. Your contact details (name, role, email address and phone number) are not included. Your written answers are sent as you typed them, so if you put a name or an address inside one of them, that text does go across.
  • Resend receives your name and email address in order to send you the paper.
  • Vercel hosts this site and processes requests to it.

We also fetch up to three pages of the website address you give us. That is a public request to a public page, the same as any visitor.

How long we keep it

Form submissions arrive as email in our inbox and are kept while the conversation is live and for up to twenty-four months afterwards. Generated papers are not stored on a server. The document is assembled in your browser, emailed to you, and the copy we keep is the one in our own inbox.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@transformasia.co and we will action it, normally within a few days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top. For anything you want to raise directly, use the contact form or email us.
